Using alkapics.com means accepting the terms below. If any of them do not suit you, the right response is to close the tab. We revise this page from time to time, and the version published here is the one in force.

1. What this site is

alkapics.com is an independently operated website presenting information about the AlkaPic dietary supplement. It is not the manufacturer's own website and we do not hold ourselves out as the manufacturer. Orders complete on a checkout page operated by an authorised third-party retailer, who is the seller of record and is responsible for taking payment, shipping the parcel and resolving billing questions.

2. Information, not medical advice

Everything here is general information about a dietary supplement. None of it is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or advice about your particular body. It does not replace a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional, and nothing you read here should cause you to delay one.

3. How you may use the site

• Read it, print it, and send pages to people. That is what it is for.
• Do not use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any regulation that applies to you.
• Do not attempt to reach parts of the site, the server or a connected system that are not open to you.
• Do not scrape, mirror, frame or systematically republish the content.
• Do not introduce malware, run automated attacks, or degrade the site for anybody else.

4. Who owns what is here

The writing, layout, code, diagrams and illustrations on alkapics.com belong to us or are licensed to us, and copyright protects them. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here identifies a product rather than implying anybody endorses this site. Personal, non-commercial use is fine. Anything beyond that needs written permission.

5. Prices and stock

Prices are quoted in US dollars and reflect what we believed to be correct when the page was written. The price that binds is always the one shown at checkout. Package structures, promotional pricing and availability can change without notice.

6. Testimonials and outcomes

Where customer experiences are published on this site, they are individual accounts. They are not typical results, not clinical outcomes, and not a forecast of what will happen to you. What a dietary supplement does for any given person depends on diet, activity, consistency and biology, none of which we can see from here.

7. Our commercial interest

We may be paid a commission when someone buys through a link on this site. It never changes what you pay. The full statement is on our FDA compliance and disclosure page, and we would rather you read it than discover it.

8. Links to other sites

We link outward — to government health resources and research databases, mostly — because those sources are worth your time. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.

9. No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access, freedom from error, or that every figure is current at every moment.

10. Limits on liability

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of this site or of a product bought through it. Nothing here attempts to limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
